4. Chairmans’s Report AGM 2021

.1 The Session fees are to be increased to £60 effective immediately. This is the first raise in 7
years.
.2 After searching for suitable accommodation alternatives it was felt that the current
accommodation far outweighed others in terms of accessibility, parking, setting up, comfort etc
ticking all solutions.
.3 There are currently four new members

.4 Please can I reiterate the importance of writing names, pair numbers and positions on one of
the travellers at the commencement of the session
